| Rattlers Announce Goal Keeping Academy HERE in the Antelope Valley. |
| February 8,2009 Lancaster California The Rattlers as part of there continuing effort to improve and to develop players announce the opening of their Goal Keeping Academy. In conjunction with United Sports Int. Inc. Will now start accepting application to the first Goal Keeper Academy. This is where the serious keepers will come to learn. Get on top of your game, goalkeeping is the most important position in the game, and it should be treated that way. How many goal keepers spend at least three to four hours of the week on training that targets that one position alone? Most likely no one does. It is not only the most important position on the field but it is the most neglected position as well. The Rattlers recognizes this and is now making available twice a week for an hour half per session. The Rattlers Professional goalkeeper trainer and ex-professional player Ruben Messina will instruct the Academy, Rube has a professional background in both his native |
| country of Argentina and in the United States. Messina also has over 15 years experience in training and teaching the skill of goal keeping. Learn the technical and tactical aspects of the position. Learn eye and ball quotation,foot work,crosses,break aways, distribution. Improve your timing, speed, strength, athleticism and diving. All these are necessary part of becoming a successful top notch keeper. There isn't a player or team out there that will can not benefit from Ruben Messina's Knowledge. The academy will start off twice a week(days and time TBD) the cost will be kept very affordable at $20.00 per week per player and fees must be paid by the month and paid in advance of training each month.
